Disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong has spoken publicly for the first time since the USADA report into his involvement in doping.

The International Cycling Union (UCI), cycling's governing body, has urged Lance Armstrong to testify before its independent commission on doping.

The UK Anti-Doping Agency has opened an investigation into what is believed was widespread doping at the former Linda McCartney team, which stopped operating 11 years ago.
